I'll start off with some of it's basic traits . Size 2 , decent stats , Hundred Demon and an overpowered ability . Why overpowered ? You may think . The reason is simple . It's a free costing monster with the ability to draw once per turn (OTP) by tapping it . In the game of Buddyfight , draw engines are godlike because the game doesn't allow much filtering and will not normally last to the point of deck-out matches. This card allows for you to better draw out the pieces you need to win or pull off your combos . Being a dragon and Hundred Demon trait at the same time , it really helps Dragon World , Dragon Ein and even Hundred Demons decks , all of which are combo decksNext off I'll be talking about the value of this card. When you play down Pisaro and activate its ability , you get a 1 to 1 trade off so you can easily maintain your handsize , especially when going first . If your opponent doesn't realize how much of a threat it is and ignore it , every subsequent turn is a +1 when tapping it , which is extremely cheap. At any time after you have activated it's ability more than once , it's perfectly fine to replace it with your main combo card or start your offence . However if you have not gotten the cards you need from your deck , you could just stall and tap every turn , running through your deck faster than your opponent. This card has value equal to Cocytus Greed which is another overpowered card in the game.
Lastly , Pisaro , just like Cocytus Greed, has overwhelmingly great versatility in any deck it can be placed in . Dragon, Ein , Hundred Demons. In fact , they are decks which are in need of a powerful draw engine and Pisaro fits that place perfectly. Not only it helps run through your deck , it can act as a wall to stall for 1/2 turns . Though not a very resistant wall , definitely good enough to withstand some aggresive play.
