ok , so most of you must be wondering why I decided to suddenly tier Azi Dahaka Dragon Ein at high tier 2 after being placed at Tier 3 for 2 weeks . The reason for this is because of Dragon Knight Pizario . The card was being quite badly looked down on due to it's ' once per turn ' limitation. However , this card actually solves the most problematic thing about Dragon Ein . Hand size . By tapping to draw 1 card , it opens up more than enough chances for the deck to draw out the Azi Combo . At first , I thought that it would solve some of it's problems but not all , so Ein will still be tremendously underpowered . It was not until I tried it out at a local tournament that I changed my thoughts about the whole deck . The deck was sweeping many of the newer decks and even the meta deck builds with ease . Playing an Azi Dahaka on Turn 1 doesn't seem that difficult anymore and 90% of the games started off strongly with Azi and a solid finisher with Aqulta Gwaneff . There was a problem with Gwaneff in the past is that i has problem dealing damage to the opponent beacuse it doesn't have [Penetrate] but giving it penetrate would be a bit too broke . However it IS possible to give Aqulta Gwaneff [Penetrate] by playing Enchant Wand Dragon which gives your sword the ability. This actually leaves alot of decks defenseless and even size 3 decks will have problems against it , not to mention there is still our good friend Cocytus Greed which helps to super control board if you are really unlucky with your draws . With the current amount of draw power , it is possible to play this deck at a competitive level , though it may require a higher skill level to play this deck without making too many mistakes .However , I think its a good addition to the Meta List , at least something new is coming up into the meta instead of the usual Raging Spirits or Disgards.
A sample decklist :
(note that this deck has been modded to my likings so some cards may seem inappropriate)
After much testing, Dragon Ein with Giga Howling Crusher is the much preferred choice. It easily deals 8-9 damage at the cheap cost of 3 gauge. This can quickly end games or even change the tide of the game , 8-9 damage on a single impact is no joke. Along with Fifth Omni Drum and Crimson Omni Drum, it puts alot of pressure on your opponent. Legendary Messiah Tasuku gives very strong value with it's on-play +1 guage , +1 life ability. Hundred Demons Sorcery Rineryusho is a seriously overpowered card for Dragon Ein. Why do I say so ? Rineryusho allows the player to ddestroy his Azi Dahaka, pulling out Aqulta Gwaneff faster than ever. If you do decide to run INV Death Asmodai, Rineryusho can be used to destroy Asmodai , proc-ing it's ability faster. Rineryusho also helps prevent penetrate damage when Azi is attacked adn the list of combos goes on and on and on , that's how good the card is.

Dragon Ein 5.0 Decklist as of 22/03/16 (Tier 1)
Dragon Ein 8.0 ( Post Buddy Rave)
With the new support in Buddy Rave, Dragon Ein was able to keep up with the extremely competitive Buddyfight scene. Yearner Of Destruction , Azi Dahaka and Dragon Knight Cagliostro made the deck much more consistent and calling out your Azi Dahaka now is not a difficult task. Curse Dragon Tragose also is another card that compliments the deck extremely well. It helps fight against decks with spell nulls as you can retrieve your Dragon Throne from the drop zone. Hundred Demons Sorcery Rineryusho's value has also risen up significantly as it has become too much of a staple in any Dragon Ein deck
