Another week passes and we see not many changes to the tier listing , with many decks being consistent at their current rankings. Dragon Ein still fills in the top spot which was given up last month by our dear Kaizeron after being demolished by Barbed Wires. With it's strong and control-based playstyle , it punishes any kind of control or mid-game decks It's only weakness is when it faces extreme rush / aggro decks , even so , has countermeasures against decks like these. However , after 3 weeks of dominating the meta , it might finally have to step down after the much anticipated Heb-04 Buddy Allstars releases with it's extreme card supports releasing in Mid December , so keep an eye out on what new decks are going to emerge from this massive metashift.

Note that decks not seen here are not that they are bad in any sense , just that they are not seeing much or any play recently so I decided not to tier them until a ' revival' for them . :)
