This week, we see some changes at Tier 2 and Tier 3 with some newer decks climbing up. With current meta, close center decks seems to be the most optimal decks to play now ( other than raging spirits). This meta most people play either super aggressive decks to rush down combo and control decks or play large combo and extreme control decks. Jackknife Drum Bunker may be the only combo deck which is more tempo-based and has a good matchup against rush and control because of the moving ,large soul Jackknife. The only problem with this deck is gauge, thus placed at low tier 2 for now. Tier 1 have not seen much changes for the last few weeks with the throne given to Azi Dahaka which would be seen until Hbt04 releases, when the worlds supported have extremely strong card . With Buddyfight Worlds starting in a few days, we will be looking forward to see what kind of decks that will be seen.

Note that decks not seen here are not that they are bad in any sense , just that they are not seeing much or any play recently so I decided not to tier them until a ' revival' for them .
